princeOMC is headquartered in London, with clients and prospects located in the UK, and in Europe. We are a young consultancy specialising in helping companies with challenging service environments realise the benefits of offshoring.

We are seeking exceptional, motivated, business focussed candidates, with a range of experience, willing to travel extensively as dictated by client requirements.

Engagement Manager

The primary duty of Engagement Managers will be to lead client assignments taking responsibility for client and princeOMC teams. They will be expected to identify new business opportunities and broaden existing client relationships. They will take a key role in practice building.

Qualifications and Experience:

University educated, economics, finance or business degree preferable
5 - 10 years experience of management consultancy, project management or sourcing advisory, preferably in legal or financial services
Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership and mentoring
Must be able to define projects from outset to align with client expectations and deliver on them
Relationship management experience important with operational and executive management
Business development experience welcome
Financial modelling skills a plus
Track record of successful delivery
Must be prepared to travel

Senior Engagement Manager

Senior engagement managers will be considered leaders with deep knowledge of sourcing. As well as leading major assignments, they will oversee other client engagement teams. They will be expected to spend a significant amount of their time winning new business. They are also integral in the development of the practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

University educated, economics, finance or business degree preferable
10+ years experience of management consultancy, project management or sourcing advisory, preferably in legal or financial services
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong leadership abilities
Demonstrates deep sourcing knowledge and can use previous experiences to influence and advise clients on appropriate approaches
Strong relationship management experience important with senior executive management
Business development experience essential
Track record of successful delivery
Must be prepared to travel
